REALTOR® Candace Warren understands the various life changing events that accompany the purchase or sale of a home. She is compassionate and deeply committed to guiding her clients through the changes and challenges life throws at us all. Her goal is to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every step. Candace approaches each client’s journey with dedication, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. She believes that communication is one of the most important elements to building a successful relationship with her clients.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Candace was an estate planning, probate, and guardianship attorney. She has also earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, a REALTOR® trained to support 
buyers and sellers ages 50+. Her clients of all ages will benefit from her specialized knowledge and professional experience dealing with complex personal and family transitions. Her eclectic life experiences and interests help her relate to a variety of situations and approach them with an open mind and desire to help.

Outside of real estate, Candace’s greatest joy is spending time with her children who are growing up too fast and beginning adventures of their own.
